Guardians of the Galaxy continue to find success at a slow release time as they are able to bring in an estimated $10.1 million over the weekend. The movie should be able to cross over that $300 million mark next week. Guardians is currently the 8th highest grossing film in the Marvel universe and the 4th highest first film in a series.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles still does well bringing in an estimated $6.5 million. The movie is starting to slow down at the box office, but it could still find its way to the $200-million mark by the end of it’s run, only needing around $25 million more.

The next two movies were close at the box office, but If I Stay comes in at the third spot with an estimated $5.7 million beating out Let’s Be Cops with an estimated $5.4 million.

Rounding out the top 5 is The November Man, which makes its first appearance in the top five, with an estimated $4.2 million.

There are quite a few good movies set to come out this month, so expect some changes in the top five in the coming weeks.

For the rest of the box office, you can go here.
