There was two new movies that came out this week and only one of them was able to get into the top five at the box office.
Furious 7 continues to hold down the top spot at the box office for the 4th straight week with an estimated $18.2 million. The movie has now crossed over the $1 billion worldwide currently standing at $1.3 billion. This is the highest box office for the franchise and is currently the 5th highest movie worldwide.
Paul Blart Mall Cop 2 remains in the number two spot with an estimated $15.5 million. The movie continues to surprise at the box office considering it only has a 4% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The only new movie to get in the top five is The Age of Adaline with an estimated $13.3 million. The other new movie to come out was Little Boy which only took in an estimated $2.8 million in its opening weekend.
Rounding out the top five is Home with an estimated $8.3 million and Unfriended with an estimated $6.2 million.

Furious 7’s reign at the top is surely going to come to an end this weekend as The Avengers Age of Ultron is set to come out Friday. Age of Ultron should remain at the top of the box office for the rest of May and the beginning of June until the new Jurassic Park movie comes out.
