In the last episode, when Ari Adamian has no recollection of his actions, Briggs helps the Armenian gangster piece together the disturbing details of his lost night. In this weeks show, called ‘Sidewinder’, Ari is looking for revenge while the group try to figure out a way to survive it.
Johnny is reveling in the success of his case which includes having Lucinda close by. This high that he is enjoying is not going to last long. We’ve seen Carlito and how spiteful that he is. When it comes time for him to talk, he’s going to do anything in his power to take down Johnny and Lucinda. Hopefully Johnny has what it takes to survive that too.
Briggs, Mike, and Charlie each make a chess move in their respective cases. Paige helps Briggs by acting like a manager of a private airport in an attempt to frame Ari. Johnny helps Mike trying to find out who Gusti is working for. And Jakes joins Charlie’s game and helps her by acting like a drug dealer.
On Mike’s case, Johnny arrests them to try and scare Gusti into talking on the hunch from Mike that Gusti is a good kid caught up in the game and that he’s not a terrorist. Mike is still using pain meds and uses of his to get the trust of his targets.
Charlie and Jakes find that they may be a little out of their element as the guys she is trying to take down test them in ways that they never imagined. To no one’s surprise, Jakes is cool as a cucumber and is able to get a deal for Charlie.
Things seem to be going well for Briggs and Paige. He steps up his game and goes above and beyond to get Ari’s trust again. Unfortunately it doesn’t last long. Briggs pushes too far and it creates tension between him and Torros. But Paige comes in and is able to cool the tensions as she uses sex to cool down Torros.
If you were keeping score, that means that out of the three cases being worked this show, one was able to succeed. One moved forward, just not as far as they expected, and the last one falls deep down the fall that it even goes past where Wonderland is. Paige and Briggs are quickly losing control of Ari and the family and that they might want to listen to the rest of their house mates and walk away. Charlie runs into a small problem as she notices twenty oxy pills are missing. Three guesses to who could have took them.
In the next episode, The house bands together to try and take down Ari and his family but they quickly see that it’s not going to be that easy. Make sure to join us next week and play Graceland live for a chance to win prizes.
