In this week’s episode, titled ‘Collateral Damages’, the unit investigate someone who is releasing child pornography but when they find out it’s someone in their unit, they don’t know what to do now. The unit try to take down a big fish with a professional wrestler, but what they don’t expect is that it’s going to lead to a bigger fish. It’s the one that we’ve all hated and we’ve all been annoyed with at some point in the show. That is right. It’s Deputy Commissioner, Hank. The one that tried to get Benson out of the SVU and did everything in his power to make her struggle with her command. It looks like karma is coming back to bite him in the butt.
Of course, Hank doesn’t go quietly. He tries to deny it at first, but there is just mountains and mountains of evidence against him. He’s got a lot of climbing that he’s got to do, but of course with the fact he’s spit on everyone it makes it hard for him to call in on any favors. But good news is that he’s not a pedophile, just a distributor. What this case does show is how difficult to be the family of someone who is accused of a crime like this. I think that this is something that we as people have a hard time separating. When someone does something bad, we look at the whole family as if they did the same crime, all because ‘they should have known’. It’s hard to think that someone you love could do something like that and even harder to live with the fact that they did.
In other news, Dodds starts getting pressure from his dad to start working towards getting better so he can start climbing up that ladder again. Dodds is starting to get attached to the unit and it’s obvious that he’s not so eager to go back on that ladder. Will he stand up to his father, or will he betray the unit and transfer out? Only time will tell.

Next week we get a whole new episode. We get a celebrity who does more than he should have with a woman but there is a SVU twist we won’t see coming.
