They call me Rage.
My real name is like a shadow, always close behind, but never quite able to catch up.
I fly under the radar because no one ever suspects I’m capable of the kind of brutal violence I commit each and every day.
You see, I’m a girl. I’m nineteen.
And I’m a killer.
This life is all I know. It s all I want to know. It keeps the s**t buried that I need kept buried. It allows me to live without thinking too much.
Without dwelling on the past.
It all changes when an ordinary boy becomes my next target.
And my first love.
I have to choose.
The only life I ve ever known has to die, or he does.
Either way, I ll be the one pulling the trigger…
All the Rage is a STANDALONE
I am happy to report that the title does in fact live up to its name. This book is literally All the Rage. You first officially meet Rage in Soulless as she is up to the task of watching Thia. This book she is the main character and she is just as interesting as I thought it would be. She has her problems, but she is not as crazy as I originally thought. She is more so. She has her problems and what is more interesting, is that there really is no real reason why. She gives into that idea that some people are just born killers.
I love the connection between Nolan and Rage. They are really each other yings to the other’s yang. They are two sides of the same coin and they are both exactly what the other one needs. Bear is still my favorite and that won’t likely change, but Nolan did move into second place. Unlike the other three couples, there relationship involves more of a love story before the ‘love’ actually begins. They don’t have that physical part of their relationship until almost the end of the book, and for me, that was a bit of a disappointment.
Nolan is what I would like to think of as the perfect amount of bad-boy and good guy. It’s not until the end that we get to see the whole bad boy side of him, but I think I liked it better that we saw the good guy first. This way we see him like Rage does. The connection between Nolan and Bear and King comes at a surprise which shouldn’t be a surprise considering how the other books have been.
Unlike the other books that Frazier has written because there is no cliffhanger ending that will have you wanting to find her house in Florida and demand to know what is going to happen next. She keeps her promise and it really is a stand-alone novel. That doesn’t mean we won’t see Nolan and Rage in other books, it just means they won’t be the stars of any more books.
Once again Frazier proves that you cannot predict anything she is going to do in her stories no matter how hard you try, and believe you me, I tried to think of the most messed up thing while I was reading it. With each passing book, I fall more and more in love with her books and these characters. If you are not reading these books, then you really are missing out. These books bring you into a world of alpha males that you will love and TM Frazier is going to be an author that you should be obsessed with.
It was once said that if you love someone enough you should let them go. If they come back to you, they were always meant to be yours.
It’s kind of bullshit.
My story was a little different than most. I was a little different than most.
Because in my story, if you love someone enough, you should first drop the gun.
