I countingg the fitbit last Christmas and really started to wear it on June 27th. Thankyou Jamie! The highest was 52, steps i ran the Berlin Marathon that day. Other times I watch tv, or even lean a book up and have a read while I walk. Love my Fitbit. Walking can be great exercise -- but is 10, steps enough to keep you fit?

Once you have a sense of your daily average, aim to add 2, to 2, steps a day to begin about a mile.
