Lurong challenge 2015 workouts to lose weight: New Year, New Challenge – New YOU!!

I have put on some muscle over the last year, and I believe the last several weeks have contributed to that also. Yes — although I had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom a lot more often!

Daily Workout

I was happy that I did improve in each of these over the eight weeks. At the end of every Challenge we like to take a minute to reflect on what we have accomplished. Partners may partition the reps and rounds any way.

Cary closing out on a m sprint. There will be an all levels partner friendly WOD. I was also happy with how well I did in the snatch workout, being able to do so many at prescribed weight. I am recovering better from hard workouts very little joint pain and DOMS. Wegiht, David! My allergies are significantly better. Crossfit Open Kickoff Party

I have noticed a big difference in my skin and my asthmatic bronchitis has not bothered me as much since I started eating clean. Not As Big Bob. Finally, I got my final measurements done yesterday to compare to the beginning of the challenge. But, I have found that for me, grains and dairy are not good for me.

The difference with this challenge is that it taught me that I need to eat more often, and count calories less.
